Just another incredible sunset.
These are the main reason not to go to bed early in Alaska this time of year. The sunsets have been off the charts lately. This was taken at 11:15pm tonight (Tuesday).

Another brilliant show
11pm tonight. The color just blazing across the Inlet and highlighting Anchorage International Airport.
Denali at Sunset
A really soothing sunset tonight. 11:15pm and The Mountain decided to put on a show. I think we can all use some peace after the last couple of days.
Beauty all around us.
Turned into a gorgeous night for a long mountain bike ride up in Powerline Pass, surrounded by the Chugach Mountains with dramatic clouds everywhere. Then a passing rain shower on the horizon during the sunset at 11pm.
Long weekend at Portage
Got to spend the long Holiday weekend at Portage Glacier in the Chugach National Forest, about an hours drive south of Anchorage. The weather was much better than expected, so it was time for a lot of biking, hiking and kayaking with icebergs!
