One of the best displays we've had in Anchorage all season! It's been a frustrating aurora season here; it seemed like we kept getting skunked by clouds every time there was a strong display. Not early this morning! These were all shot between 2 and 3:30am Alaska time. Yes, there was still light in the sky, and the sunrise kept getting brighter rapidly. The colors were wonderful.
